BEIJING: China will raise the retail price ceiling for gasoline and diesel from Wednesday, energy consultancy C1 Energy said on Tuesday.
Fuel prices are expected to be raised by between 250 and 300 yuan per tonne, it said.
The 22-day moving average price of a basket of crudes on Feb. 15 was 4.3 percent above the level when China last adjusted fuel prices, data from C1 Energy showed, hitting a trigger point for a price hike.
